Get ready to lose yourself in this mesmerising, psychedelic Electro Disco 13 minute recreation of one of the most well known Disco anthems of all time, ‘ I Feel Love ‘ by Donna Summer. It comes from, Lydia Cox aka Angelsquid, a lady of many talents. A singer, songwriter who plays keys, clarinet and sax whilst hosting a weekly radio show on Felixstow Radio and a monthly slot ( every third Tuesday ) showcasing some of the hottest UK talent around. ROB ANDERSON has worked his way up the ranks among London’s underground community with a number of successful residencies. Making the move to start producing was a logical next step. As an introduction here’s a chunky bootleg of DOORLY‘s “Boogaloo” that takes the funk of the original deep underground. JASON LAIDBACK is becoming one to watch in 2015. The bootlegs he dropped over the past year has perked our interest and now the London native has kept things rolling under his own label, Nightprowl Records.

His latest release, “Freaky Ways” is yet another garage, bass and breaks stomper. The original is a 4×4 roller, takes full advantage of a pinched Biggie vocal sample, plowing the tune into G-House territory.

It’s our week for WBBL treats. Give it up indeed for the man who’s giving away bangers like they’re hot potatoes. This has been one of my favourite samples since studying Girls classic skateboard flick ‘Yeah Right’ what seems like many moons ago.

The sample is amazing and has been blessed by many people before our very own WBBL. First blessed by Fat Lip on Today’s your day featuring Chali 2na, then Maars did a cheeky mash featuring Mos Def’s Mathematics acapella.

I thought I’d drop those in to the equation so you can check how WBBL’s adapted his unique, unmistakeable sound to a classic joint. I feel blessed as I know my sets this weekend will have two fresh WBBL cuts to smash the dance floor.
