Barry Ashworth and the rest of the Dub Pistols crew, have to be one of the hardest working group of people in the music world. There never seems to be a time when there not out on the road touring and causing mayhem, of the best kind! So how, Barry, finds time to recover, search through a heap of new music, undoubtedly some good, some not so and then go on to put the very best tracks into a mix of this quality is anyone’s guess! Obviously, we’re very pleased he’s found the time because this mix is bang on it! The guys have not held back on this one, inviting along some high calibre artists to get involved which include, Skapes (Deep Tech House), Wes Smith (Breakbeat), Leeroy Thornhill (Drum n Bass), Landings (Breakbeat) and D-Funk (Bass/Garage). Aussie based Breaks maestro D-Funk brings a solid mix with hammering bass from start to finish. Finishing off this epic remix EP is Landings, who slows things down with a deep bass mix for the heads.
