I went to my first rave in 1992, it was called Telepathy and held in an industrial estate with residential houses nearby. Unfortunately it was shut down by the police in the early hours of the morning. There where about 200 police who didn’t know what to do with so many wasted people, the rave made headline news.

Most of the tunes in this mix i have heard from that time on and Jay Cunning’s old school rave mix sets the standard for rave music of this period.
