We’ve not had The Allergies on the ward since we posted their outstanding album ‘As We Do Our Thing‘, but that’s about to change right now as we send your way this reworked version of ‘Chasing The Funk’ with, Andy Cooper. If there’s ever a coming together of musical minds that was meant to be, this is it! Andy’s vocal skills are out of this world and always flow seamlessly over the funk n beats that are laid down by The Allergies and this new track is a fine example of that. Phibes have got their new INAPT project well underway since the huge success of their first release under their new alias. If you missed it, they’ve switched codes for the time being and are focusing their production skills on all things Bass House, Garage and Bassline. Their Freestylers remix hit the ground sprinting and with these two free tracks posted, it’s gonna be more of the same. It’s a very welcomed return to the ward for, Dayne Harper. He literally lit up the ward the last time he was here with his tune ‘No Place To Go‘ and you know what, he’s back doing exactly the same thing all over again with his very aptly named and new track ‘Back Again’. This gritty and driving chunk of Deep/Tech House will have you fidgeting in your seats and your hearts racing and with the pressure rising, throwing some shapes is the best thing to do to blow off that steam. As we mentioned not too long ago when we brought you the world exclusive of their ‘Funk The World 36‘ mixtape, the release is well worthy of such an occasion.

Fort Knox Five’s ‘Pressurize The Cabin Remixed’ album is the release that everyone who encounters it will get overly excited about. Rightly so to because on the album are 20 of the biggest remixes from their masterpiece that is ‘Pressurize The Cabin‘. Word up. Grab this limited time download of Supersynthesis. It’s got all the components you could want from a groove-laden, electro-funk warbler.
