********** THE CORRESPONDENTS **********
The Correspondents consist of a singer by the name of Mr Bruce and a producer called Chucks. Both growing up in South London, they formed in 2007 and within two years had taken their hi-octane genre-blending dance music from house parties to festival main stages.
The show that quickly established the duo has one of the best live acts in the UK has Mr Bruce assuming the look of a monochrome matador, singing with force, scatting at speed and dancing like his life depends on it while Chucks takes the audience on a journey through a multitude of genres from jazz and blues to electro and drum’n’bass.
For the last six years they have toured relentlessly. They have travelled the world bringing their unique live show to crowds as large as 12,000 earning themselves Telegraph’s ‘Top Ten Glastonbury Highlights’ two years in a row. And yet, in this time they have only released one EP called ‘What’s Happened to Soho?’, but an album is due in March 2014.
Early bird tickets SOLD OUT!

********** MR B THE GENTLEMAN RHYMER **********
“There has never been a rapper like Mr.B” Sunday Times
On a one-man mission to introduce Hip-Hop to the Queen’s English, Mr. B is delighted to present Chap-Hop.
Having spent the best part of a decade bringing some manners back to popular culture, this dopest of fellows will entertain and amuse you with his ingenious stylings. Aiming to dazzle with dignity, Mr. B takes to the stage with his Banjolele and stiff upper lip to perform ditties of pipe-smoking, high society, Cricket and sexual misadventure, as well as some more well-known pieces from the world of Hip-Hop, re-worked in true Chap-Hop fashion.
Mr.B has fast gained a reputation as an eloquent and entertaining live performer, playing recitals across the UK and into Johnny Continent for the past two years, from the Glastonbury Festival to club NME in Paris, from the club in Surrey to the Edinburgh fringe. His video ‘Chap-Hop history’ has received over half a million hits on youtube and an old skool rave medley entitled ‘Songs For Acid Edward’ has had props from Orbital’s Paul Hartnoll and SL2’s DJSlipmatt.
His music has been played by Marc Riley, Steve Lamacq and Tom Robinson on BBC 6Music and he has performed live on air for Scott Mills and Rob Da Bank on Radio 1. In the summer of 2010 he appeared on stage with DJ Yoda to perform one of Yoda’s favourites ‘Let Me Smoke My Pipe’, and he has also just guested on banjolele and vocals on US nerdcore rapper MC Frontalot’s album ‘Zero Day’. In addition, he recently remixed and rapped on Rizzle Kicks’ hit ‘When I Was A Youngster’. In 2011 he won ‘best hiphop act’ at the People’s Music Awards held at London’s Scala and in 2012 was nominated for no less than 5 Brighton Fringe Awards.
His latest long player ‘The Tweed Album’ was released in June 2012 and has been described as ‘A Psychedelic Chap-Hop masterpiece’. Mr.B is a true ‘festival favourite’ and was in the Guardian’s top ten things to see at last year’s Glastonbury.
Hoorah!

Beatport
Breakbeat Paradise Recordings is proud to introduce a new act to the world of funky beats and breaks, straight from the streets of London – Mr Bristow and his main man Benny Silver on the mic. They’ve both been performing together for years as part of the live hip hop act Super Soul Soldiers, and with this new EP they’re bringing along a unique flavor that lies somewhere between classic 90’s hip hop and modern day ghetto funk.
Mr Bristow has been DJ-ing for more than fifteen years, performing in clubs all over the world alongside legends like Carl Cox, Norman Jay, DJ Yoda and many others. His mixing skills have featured on XFM, Radio 1 and Pioneer DJ Radio.
The My Life track is based on some big funky grooves and a straight up banging beat, with mc Benny Silver laying down the chords of his life into three banging verses. The package comes with blazing remixes by some of the very best producers in the scene: funky street beat master Tom Showtime from down under, soul brother beat smith Roast Beatz from the UK and B-Side resident producer from the Ghetto Funk label.
Reviews:
MonkeyBoxing:
“Mash-up maestro Mr Bristow makes his BBP debut with the My Life EP – a funky chunk of Brit-hop that features his Super Soul Soldiers comrade in arms, rapper Benny Silver…”
Juno:
“When mash-up DJ extraordinaire Mr Bristow conquered his native St Albans in fine style, he embarked on a 15 year journey that has seen him win awards left right and centre whilst DJing all over the shop and even teaching the next generation of DJs in his Hoxton HQ. Here he delivers a cheeky hip-hop ditty, laden with vintage brass stabs and featuring the autobiographical raps of Benny Silver. Think a very British Fresh Prince and you’re there. Best of the remixes is Roast Beatz that ups the funk factor to 11. House party gold.”

Bush Doctors Medicine Show / Jem Stone
Unless you’ve been living deep in the jungle you probably already know that Bush Doctors is the highly potent fusion of two of the main players in breaks from the last decade: TCR founder Rennie Pilgrem and Finger Lickin’ Records co-founder and Soul of Man, Jem Panufnik.
Bush Doctors Medicine Show is the fruit of their dangerous travels, an intoxicating elixir in which you can smell the funk and taste the souls of a thousand brazen banshees in grass skirts and fishnets. Apply daily and marvel in the results.
And now you can find these dark, twisted disco voodoo breaks in one place, no questions asked, discretion assured, at the only place crazy enough to store it: http://bushdoctors.bandcamp.com
1. Rockin’ on a Speaker
2. Turn It On (feat. Heather McCallum)
3. Space Hoppa
4. There’s a Ghost in my House (Bush Doctors’ Bump in the Night Mix)
5. Night Train
6. Worlds Apart
If you buy the whole album you get FREE, the irresistible and delicious BUSH DOCTORS STEW DJ mix containing an hour’s worth of the hottest voodoo disco, funk, breaks and house, all stewed up the way only those naughty Doctors can. (Preview Below)
And as if that wasn’t enough of the finest funky beats around Mr Stone has dusted off (and I mean dusted, this is 15 years old!) the Soul Of Man classic bootleg of Prince “Kiss”. Mashed with the bassline from “White Lines” and matched with Jem’s trademark beats, this caused some serious casualties on the dance floor when dropped and has only ever been available on a limited white promo run. Its now yours in full digital quality.
