********** THE CORRESPONDENTS **********
The Correspondents consist of a singer by the name of Mr Bruce and a producer called Chucks. Both growing up in South London, they formed in 2007 and within two years had taken their hi-octane genre-blending dance music from house parties to festival main stages.
The show that quickly established the duo has one of the best live acts in the UK has Mr Bruce assuming the look of a monochrome matador, singing with force, scatting at speed and dancing like his life depends on it while Chucks takes the audience on a journey through a multitude of genres from jazz and blues to electro and drum’n’bass.
For the last six years they have toured relentlessly. They have travelled the world bringing their unique live show to crowds as large as 12,000 earning themselves Telegraph’s ‘Top Ten Glastonbury Highlights’ two years in a row. And yet, in this time they have only released one EP called ‘What’s Happened to Soho?’, but an album is due in March 2014.
Early bird tickets SOLD OUT!

********** MR B THE GENTLEMAN RHYMER **********
“There has never been a rapper like Mr.B” Sunday Times
On a one-man mission to introduce Hip-Hop to the Queen’s English, Mr. B is delighted to present Chap-Hop.
Having spent the best part of a decade bringing some manners back to popular culture, this dopest of fellows will entertain and amuse you with his ingenious stylings. Aiming to dazzle with dignity, Mr. B takes to the stage with his Banjolele and stiff upper lip to perform ditties of pipe-smoking, high society, Cricket and sexual misadventure, as well as some more well-known pieces from the world of Hip-Hop, re-worked in true Chap-Hop fashion.
Mr.B has fast gained a reputation as an eloquent and entertaining live performer, playing recitals across the UK and into Johnny Continent for the past two years, from the Glastonbury Festival to club NME in Paris, from the club in Surrey to the Edinburgh fringe. His video ‘Chap-Hop history’ has received over half a million hits on youtube and an old skool rave medley entitled ‘Songs For Acid Edward’ has had props from Orbital’s Paul Hartnoll and SL2’s DJSlipmatt.
His music has been played by Marc Riley, Steve Lamacq and Tom Robinson on BBC 6Music and he has performed live on air for Scott Mills and Rob Da Bank on Radio 1. In the summer of 2010 he appeared on stage with DJ Yoda to perform one of Yoda’s favourites ‘Let Me Smoke My Pipe’, and he has also just guested on banjolele and vocals on US nerdcore rapper MC Frontalot’s album ‘Zero Day’. In addition, he recently remixed and rapped on Rizzle Kicks’ hit ‘When I Was A Youngster’. In 2011 he won ‘best hiphop act’ at the People’s Music Awards held at London’s Scala and in 2012 was nominated for no less than 5 Brighton Fringe Awards.
His latest long player ‘The Tweed Album’ was released in June 2012 and has been described as ‘A Psychedelic Chap-Hop masterpiece’. Mr.B is a true ‘festival favourite’ and was in the Guardian’s top ten things to see at last year’s Glastonbury.
Hoorah!

Creator of GBS and resident Selector DJ Loveable Rogue will be smashing out a mix of Breaks, Electro Swing, Electro and a sprinkling of cheeky randomness!
********** QUEXTAL **********
GBS resident DJ Quextal has been DJing since 1993, but he only got serious about it in 2007 when he discovered psybreaks and decided to become an evangelist for this new emerging genre. While most famous for his enthusiastic advocacy of psychedelic breakbeats, his musical passions extend to all genres of mind-expanding and evolving trip-music: he plays techno, breaks, progressive trance, glitch-crunk, tech-house, psytrance, drum’n'bass, and more… and specialises in “interstitial” sets of many genres woven together into a single epic journey.
His mixes (always done live on CDJs) are lovingly crafted with great attention to flow and detail, and enhanced with subtle use of DJM effects. With demanding quality standards, a strict “no fillers” policy, and frequent scouting missions for the hottest new and unsigned talent, his mixes and regular NSB and Psymusic radio shows (all downloadable from http://quextal.com/) have attracted a devoted following of loyal fans.
