Born: 18 June 1964 on the Isle of Wight and raised in a village near Colchester in Essex, UK. Joey Negro is the main alias Dave Lee works under, amongst many others.

Dave integrated his passion for disco music into house music as both a producer and remixer, causing many to call his music disco-house. He released music under a plethora of monikers for a multitude of record labels throughout the 1990s and beyond.

In essence this is a nice and simple bootleg but do not be fooled! Shufunk has turned The XX’s ‘ Intro ‘ into an atmospheric Drum n Bass masterpiece! There’s even an acoustic breakdown just to tingle those goosebumps that little bit more. The track works on every level and if I were to go on about how good it is we would still be sat here next week wondering why we have 20 missed calls from our bosses. To good to miss this one, enjoy!
