Clearly, Summer is still a little way off, in these parts anyway, but this piece of Drum n Bass is just dripping in warming vibes. Techno warrior, Hostage, returns to the ward with his monthly mix of thumping beats and twisted sounds. As is always the case, the mix a full frontal assault of the senses and contains an hours worth of his favourite tracks he’s picked up over the last month, except this one has a slight gear change, which sets out a slight change in direction for him.

Bristol based, Dnkz, may well be a new name to quite a few in the world of Breaks, including ourselves. Although he has been djing and producing for sometime now, his lucky break has come as, Krafty Kuts spotted this dudes skills and promptly signed him up to his label, Instant Vibes Records.

Lazy Rich is, perhaps surprisingly given his moniker, one of the hardest working guys in dance music. Running his own independent label, Big Fish Recordings, Rich helped nurture the early careers of worldwide superstars Zedd and Porter Robinson, built the incredible music industry tool Label Engine and maintained a gruelling music production and touring schedule.

Now, having taken some time out to produce an incredible batch of fresh music, Lazy Rich is ready to showcase a fresh sound which has already got tastemakers including Oliver Heldens and Nicky Romero excited.

Rich’s new single Give Me Crazy released via Dutch powerhouse Be Yourself Music on their Big & Dirty offshoot, is a departure from the heavy, complex electro house sound that he is associated, but it has no less energy, and certainly no less appeal for the dancefloor.
