As far as we know, Mallin, is a 20 year old House and Techno producer from Wolverhampton, UK. Although he only has a small amount of music on his Soundcloud page, the energy he adds to his music shines through and is something you can quite easily find yourself addicted to.

One of those energy packed tunes you can find from Mallin, is this remix of CAAL‘s ‘Azidhaus’, a track that pays homage to the 90’s rave/acid scene. Mallin was an instant fan of the track on the very first listen, but felt it could do with being a bit heavier, so he got to work and here it is, kicking hard just like he planned. If there was ever a time to raise those hands in the air, it’s now!

Studio Cross is a UK based House producer who covers all angles of the genre, from deep and lush to fierce and bass heavy and all in between. For his latest piece of work, a remix of St. Germain‘s classic ‘Rose Rouge’, he’s ventured down the deeper route due to the smokey Jazz feel of the original, but make no mistake, his remix has quite a kick to it and will be greeted with many a smile from the dance floor fraternity we’re sure.

Andre Salata shows some ‘Magnetism’ of the Techno variety with a new release for Get Physical Music.  The appellative track of this double header EP (plus one massive remix, we’ll get to that shortly) winds an anodyne bleepy hook round rasping stabs and laconic beats. ‘Symbols’ is a perfectly executed classic Techno track and then there’s that remix we were getting round to mentioning!!!

So, dubspeeka gets hold of ‘Symbols’ and transforms into a thing of macabre beauty. Dubby synths swirl around in dark waters while a deep and indeed symbolic melody rises from the ridge. Seize hold of this essential EP from 27/01/17!!!

Andre Salata – Magnetism EP

Thec4 hails from Cordoba, Spain and is a fellow blogger himself owning and operating the very popular Spanish website Rhythm & Breaks a place for the newest tunes and mixes available as a free download. Thec4 is also a Breaks producer with releases through digital labels such as VIM Breaks, Diablo Loco and Booty Traxx to name a few. So within this mix you know his track selection should be top notch, enjoy as Thec4 brings you his new mix “Xperience”.

Time for something a bit more obscure. The talent of Breakbeat producers is not lacking out there so it’s always a surprise to find some new and unknown talent (to me) who are soldering on in their own way and sound. Kitt Whale fits into that category with a nice Breaks mix of some oldschool sounds and various productions of his own.

Nicky D’Silva one part of the very well known Breaks act Ctrl Z from a while back has kindly uploading a cranking new Breaks mix for Selecta Breaks Records and for 2017. Now known as D’Silva this very talented producer and DJ is back into that Breaks sound after producing a lot of heavy Drum and Bass music over the past few years.
