The ALL GOOD FUNK ALLIANCE and COPYCAT step back in time with their latest collab. Taking us back to the funky origins of hip-hop with staccato’d breaks, chopped vocals and some minimal use of horns – this is a jam to get down to. The tribute to Main Source, AGFA and Copycat looked up the samples, then tracked down the records, cds and files and recreated “Fakin’ the Funk” from the ground up.
