Hello! Dave No Hands here (founder of LSM). I have started a new funk night at a bar called The North Star, next to the Ealing Broadway tube in London. I wanted to invite you all to come so I have put together two mixes of funky groovy bassline coolness for you to download.

The North Star is a cracking wee bar and is situated across the road from where Mick Jagger and Keith Richards met Brian Jones, forming the Rolling Stones. The gig’s on the last Friday of every month which is payday (something definitely worth celebrating…), so come join us at the North Star, for “Thank Funk It’s Friday…” presented by DJ Mr No Hands.
