Jamie xx – I Know There’s Gonna Be (Good Times) (D-Funk Version)

It’s fair to say that D-Funk had an absolute blast on his European tour last year. He played eight shows in five different countries which included Carl Cox‘s ‘Music is Revolution‘ at, Space Ibiza, Sideshow Kuts International Showcase at ADE (Amsterdam), his old hometown, Bournemouth, and he also made his debut in both Paris & Glasgow.

One of the tunes that got the party goers going crazy at every one of his nights is his rework of ‘I Know There’s Gonna Be (Good Times)’ by, Jamie xx. D-Funk’s take on the original has seen him deliver his trademark fresh and funky sound with fat broken beats and bass to certify this one as an total banger!

You can also hear this track in D-Funk’s ‘Europe 2016 Tour Mix’. He’s put together just over an hours worth of tunes that he used to cause mayhem on several European dance floors. It not only features tracks from other artists who were rocking his world at the time, but it also features a large number of his own tracks that are currently unreleased. He felt this tour was the right time to give them a test run and reports indicate they all did the job in a big way. Great music all over the shop here folks so make sure you enjoy it all.
