Beastie Boys – Brass Monkey (Copycat Re-take)

When it comes to giving old skool tunes a new lease of life with a remix, re-fix, re-take and the like, Copycat is always one to check out to see what new gems he has come up with. His funky touch has been added to many a classic track, including his latest re-take of ‘Brass Monkey’ by the Beastie Boys. Keeping in a majority of the vocals, he’s laid them over vibrant Disco beats that really brings things to life. Hope you’re feeling this as much as we are here on the ward.
