#6 House of Après – Nixon

After carving up some fresh powder all day on the slopes, what you need for afters is some quality music to either kick back to and chat about the days events, or something to get you pumped for the parties that lie ahead. This is where, House of Après comes in to play. A collective dedicated to bringing us music of the highest order from some of their DJ friends who are also lovers of the snow filled mountains.

Ex-Pro Snowboarder and member of the ever growing, Punks Music family, Nixon, is the latest friend of House of Après to be invited in for a guestmix. There’s no doubts, Nixon has been on absolute fire of late, putting the Amen Jungle Break to some proper use! More of that kind of sound can be found in his one hour mix that initially kicks off with quite a dark, moody Breakbeat sound, but soon begins to build with intensity and tempo as the deep Breaks vibe gives way to some hot steppin’ D n B.
