After a fruitful search for new music we’ve unearthed this little selection of quality reworks of some very well known dance classics / anthems from days gone by. We thought we’d round them all 6 of them up in one convenient post so as to enjoy them all one after another. So in no particular order, get a load of these..

The awesome, Pirate Jams, take a trip all the way back to 1992 for their choice of track to remix, the Trance anthem ‘ Kinetic ‘ by, Golden Girls. Although a new remix the guys have kept it real with some proper old skool Breaks to lift the track out of obscurity and back into peoples lives, just where it should be!

Groove Armada have provided us with many instantly recognisable tracks over the years and ‘ I See You Baby ‘ definitely fits into that category! It’s a firm favourite of UK producer, Jay Faded, so he’s give it a G-House / Bass rework to great effect! Deep, dirty and delicious!

Leeds based producer, Nick Murrell, fixes up ‘ Renegade Master ‘ by Wildchild with a sharp UK Garage remix. The original was a lively little number and Nick has only enhanced that with his reworking. Nifty stuff!

The Dope Trik guys have been busy working on their new EP ‘ Everywhere ‘ (which is out now) but have still found time to drop this Bootleg of one of the biggest 90’s anthems going, ‘ Passion ‘ by Gat Decor. It’s a wobbly Bass banger with a sneaky sample of The Prodigy‘s ‘ Everybody In The Place ‘ to boot. If you’re digging this check their Dub remix HERE for another twist on the classic.

Armand Van Helden and Dizzee Rascal’s collaboration on ‘ Bonkers ‘ may only be 6 years old but due to it being an instantly recognisable tune and it’s ability to drive everyone on the dance floor ‘ bonkers ‘, it’s got future classic stamped all over it! Australian duo, Yards, believe this to and have put their marker down with a full on Bass House bootleg. This ones a speaker trembler, crank em!

Jean Jacques Smoothie delighted House music lovers when he released his track ‘ 2 People ‘ back in 2001 and now, Kleo Tremsch has picked it up and in keeping with the original alluring vibe, takes things a little deeper. It’s still a more than dance friendly tune though and still carries that spine tingling vocal. Lush work!
