It’s not every day you get to party inside the planetarium at the Manitoba Museum. Luckily, once a year the museum (along with thousands of other space enthusiasts world-wide) celebrates Yuri’s Night.

Yuri’s Night is a international celebration of space exploration, named after Yuri Gagarin – the first human in outer space. For the Winnipeg party the planetarium will be lit up with spectacular visuals by PIXEL PUSHER and TOXIC PROPHESY via the Digistar all-dome projector while DAN GILSONCODA and THE SHAKE will provide the soundtrack for this the rocket ride. Attendees are also invited to travel back in time to their nine year old selves and explore science coolness in the Touch The Universe gallery.

The event sells out every year so it’s advised you get your tickets now. (As of this writing, there were less than 50 tickets left.)
