The legacy is a double CD album due out 12/05/2014. A collection of remixes of Aural Imbalance’s tracks by some of his personal favourite artists, those that have influenced his work. Over the course of 22 tracks, a variety of sounds and styles are covered from downtempo beats to deep house and various strains of Liquid DnB. Remixers include Tidal, Pat Foosheen , Eschaton, Phd & Furney, Rainforest & Orange N Blue plus many more. If you like your beats mellow, warm, chilled and rich in intricate soundscapes, this album is for you, its tough to pick out highlights from such a high class album but Eschaton & phd/Furney’s reworks of ‘Recall’ & ‘Icefields Of Proxima’ are great amen workouts with a classic Bukem/Good Looking Records feel, The Outerworld’s remix of ‘Room To Breathe’ is Intelligent DnB at its very best with sweeping synths, Pat Foosheen’s remix of ‘Artefact’ is a warm deep house groove perfect for that 2am moment.
