Tantrum Desire’s 2015 ‘ Diversified’ truly lived up to it’s name. A diverse multi-influenced LP that united the many strands of dance music under a DnB beat. The immensely popular ‘Pump’ from said album gets a brand new remix from none other than Drumsound & Bassline Smith. The dynamic DnB duo take the original on an intense blast of a journey with rapidly changing elements and a ton of excitement!!!

InYou Records marks a 20th release milestone with 19 tracks of definitive house music!!!

The opening beats of Definitive Vol. 1 come from Oskar Smaal with ‘XYZ’, a track with all the right ingredients, beats that BUMP, Techy/Detroit stabbage, a real heater. Blend Bold go for more of a UK bass house style with the squelchy ‘Wise Watts’

Gribzy ‘Swing 65′ goes in deep n’ dubby with strong oldskool house influences. Andrew Pave ‘Get Away’ gives another unique slant on the experimental Bass house style leaning towards warehouse techno. Oliver Jay gets his ‘Beast Mode’ on with a swirly track in the Defected/DFTD vein.

Justin Pak provides the ‘Source Code’ for a stripped back drum laden chunky groove.  James DX beats on some ‘Caveman Drums’ knocking out a trippy thumper. Gianluca Russo shows he’s got ‘F**king Soul’ with a tasty track in the Country Club Disco/Simma Black style.

Martin Hellfritzsch & Pentia ‘Break It Down’ with buzzing bass, scratchs and infamous vox for some nuclear heat. FAKE SELF get’s deep (deep, deep, aaaoooow!!!) with ‘Dib Dab’ for the late night jackers.

Not yet in the playlist below are further killer tracks from the likes of TAWE, KUTA, josh Pearce, Spraoi Santos, Blu Leopard, ENGELHART, Hot Mustard, Cass & James Zed. All dance floor killers, absolute no fillers. Get your protective gloves on and cop this heat from 8/12/16

Breaking the boundaries in #7  of our musical advent, we have our friend SD Outfit. This Christmas Cracker urges you to drop the winter blues, crack open the eggnog and dance around in the dark to some naughty beats! Crossing all kinds of genre boundaries, it is fresh, it is funky and tech-fueled.

For his Christmas wishlist ….”If I would ask Santa for anything, I’d love an original press of the Pump DJs’ bootleg of Foxy Moron (Salty Remix), not even the Plumps have a copy of it anymore, but I’m pretty sure Santa would be a Finger Lickin’ fan, so no doubt has it kicking about in his crates.”

Thanks SD – we think so too!!

Dusty Grooves welcome onboard a huge name in the house scene. DJOKO brings enough house music heat to melt steel with his forthcoming ‘What It Is EP’

Two tracks, the title track, additional track ‘Marked As Red’ and 2 BIG title track remixes are the components for this EP. ‘What Is Life’ is a bouncing rhythm deluxe with subtle stabs, a thoughtful spoken word vox and oldskool rave spinback samples plus the well known ‘Tear down the place’ vocal known to fans of DJ Slipmatt’s seminal ‘SMD Vol One’.

As for the remixes, Luca Secco & Craftkind add in some extra rave vocals and give ‘What Is Life’ a tough, funky makeover. Matteo Rosolare & Jojo Angel explore darker avenues with their remix, allowing for plenty of space between the eerie keys and bringing a feel of intensity, In closing, we have a real bonus with US style grooves and deep drops of ‘Marked As Red’. Premium grade Tech House goodness from the Dusty Grooves imprint.

It’s a very welcomed return to the ward to the newest member of the LSM team, The Beat-Pimp. As some of you will know, The Beat-Pimp is gonna be doing us exclusive mixes every 6 weeks or so with a funky midtempo vibe being the beating heart of all he does. His first mix he dropped for us was an absolute belter and has rightly deserved the amount of listens it’s had so far. You can find it on our Soundcloud page but before you do, you best be checking out his latest mix for us that he’s sent over for day 6 of our advent calendar.

‘Pimpology Vol 13′ kicks off in a fairly smooth fashion, but in true style, The Beat-Pimp lets the shackles loose and fires out some of his very favourite bangers of the moment, that are rammed full of the Bass infused Funk he digs so much. We’re digging it too and we’re very sure you’re gonna feel the same! Saddle up folks, you’re in for one hell of a ride!

Download ‘Pimpology Vol 13′ here from our Hearthis page.

Its been a while since Subessence’s last LP but all good things are worth the wait. This new LP for Unified Audio comprises mainly of DnB tracks but not your average DnB. ‘Futures Past’ totally breaks the mould incorporating mellow guitars, gentle wistful pianos, sweet saxophones, gorgeous female vocals and thought provoking spoken word samples.

Subessence inspire the mind with an array of sonic landscapes and tapestries that evoke far far away sun-soaked lands of relaxation. An album of real class
