Kidson Show ft Junki Munki – Ridge Radio
Junki Munki recently guested on Kidson Show-Ridge Radio, if you don’t know about Junki Munki or have never heard his brilliant shows (with hilarious Frank Bruno impersonations!) on Nu-Rave Radio back in the late 00’s you’re in for a real treat here. Junki Munki was one of the top artists in the Rave Breaks scene, a scene that at its peak was championed by the likes of Slipmatt & Billy Daniel Bunter.
Kidson chats with Junki Munki while listening to some of his productions on various labels and some personal oldskool hardcore faves too, it’s a great show and a nice insight into a scene we would love to see return in a big way!!!

Rose Tinted & Anna Be – Dark Cloud EP
https://www.traxsource.com/title/765482/dark-cloud-ep
London duo Rose Tinted & Anna Be have crafted something extra special with their ‘Dark Cloud EP’ on Detone
We will first make mention of Rose Tinted & Anna Be’s first track on this EP, it’s called ‘Pink Sky’ and we would call it the Sueno Latino of 2017, the likenesses are there-mellow strings with a dreamy ambience-Spanish vocals, this just makes us melt!!!
‘Dark Clouds’ is more your straight up Techno with a proggy edge, a jagged razor’s edge with kicks that don’t spare the speakers and intricate synths that make you want to throw yourself around (which is a good thing!!!). A truly need to own EP from Rose Tinted & Anna Be!!!

Parissior – Let Me (edit)
Spanish producer, Parrissior, started out producing House and Techno, but his musical journey has led him into the worlds of Funk and Disco. He’s had releases on labels such as Spa In Disco, Golden Soul Records and Disco Rebel Recordings, which are all well known for releasing prime cuts only and Parissior has plenty of those!
One of those prime cuts of his is this edit posted of Jimmy ‘Bo’ Horne‘s ‘Let Me’, a track that was sampled by Stereo MC’s back in the day for their tune ‘Connected’. Parissior has taken a deep, delicious and low slung approach to his groove heavy edit and it’s one of those tunes that’s just perfect for getting you warmed up and in the mood to party. Get it on and do your thang!
