RUBEN BRUNDELL is on fire lately. His latest, released on his label 12-3 Recordings, explores the deep, and sometimes dark caverns of house. The lead track’s bassline rumbles with garage vibes. While all three cuts on the EP are deluxe, this is the one that get’s me really moving.

The second track on the EP has a certain hypnotic prowess. Once again the bassline is large, but the techno-like rhythm and shuffling repetition would work wonders in a warehouse. Here’s one to get lost to long after midnight.

The title track wins me over, carving a solid house tune out of a simple vocal sample, deep kicks, and yet again, a low end deserving ample decibels to truly appreciate.
