TAAGE, is a UK based House producer who loves nothing more than to take some of the good old classic dance tracks and give them a re-boot to give them a more up to date sound without losing the pure essence of the original. ‘ Pressurize The Cabin ‘ is the title track of a brand new album by Washington DC’s finest, Fort Knox Five. Back in 2008 the guys released ‘ Radio Free DC ‘ featuring some of DC’s top vocalists and musicians whereas ‘ Pressurize The Cabin ‘ takes things on a much more global journey. As many will know, it’s all bout the ‘ funk ‘ for these guys but importing Hip Hop, Disco. Electro and Latin influences from artists they have worked with leaves this album sounding as cool and as fresh as anything you’re likely to hear this year!

The track posted is a freebie off the album with the Fort Knox guys collaborating with Californian Hip Hop collective, Vokab Kompany and you can get the whole album HERE from there Bandcamp page. It’s well worth a few of those well earned coins you’ve gained whilst being hard at work! A truly excellent collection of music!

We’re over the moon to premier the lateset LAMBO and DOOBIUS collaboration.

Normally we expect the 100bpm thunder and claps from these guys but in a plot twist as crooked Canada’s leading politician, Lambo and Doobius spin Rihanna’s latest single into new territory. In doing so they churn out some house stylings, topped with a bit of grime. In true Lambo style, the breakdowns (aka the drop if you’re born after 1990) build with suspenseful snares and claps. The highlight though is the halftime bridge, cutting out the grimy bassline only to build the track back to peak shuffle.
