Adapted Records, is always a mighty fine place to track down some essential Glitch Hop tuneage. One of their most recent offerings comes in the shape of this free four track EP from, Mitra Xyde and Moritz Breit aka Synergy. Although, Mitra is from Norway and, Moritz is from Germany, the guys met on the remixing platform, Indaba Music and decided to start making Glitch Hop across the internet. As you will hear from the music on offer, the progression of this collaboration is going perfectly! The guys bring an ultra cool edge to their sound in a genre that is normally ruled by well organized, insane beats! Excellent work from these guys and we shall look forward to bringing you more from, camp Synergy, as we find it.

Listening to this awesome mid/late 90’s inspired house track by Rokaman, I hear a hint of the much loved house banger by Tall Paul/Camisra “Let Me Show You” A combo of sharp funky/ravey stabs and a foot stomping beat really gives this track a distinctive oomph. The Bristol born party funk producer that is, X-Ray Ted, really has had a dig around of his favourite tracks and has come up with this absolute gem of an edit of an absolute gem of a classic, ‘Apparently Nothin’ by the, Young Disciples. The funk levels have been ramped up to the max in this edit, as has the meaty and wonky bassline! More fiya for the dance floor!
